Admixtures – Sika AG and Wolfram Schmidt

Wolfram Schmidt is a materials researcher at the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM).

Together with Kolawole Olonade from the University of Lagos, Schmidt was recently awarded the German-African Innovation Prize by Germany’s Research Minister for his work.

Sika AG is a Swiss multinational chemical company that serves the building and motor industries, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland. Sika was founded in 1910 by Kaspar Winkler. Currently, it has over 33,000 employees, subsidiaries in more than 100 countries, and an annual sales turnover of CHF 10.5 billion.
